Job: SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE, C&M Travel Recruitment

The successful Senior Customer Relations Executive will be rewarded with a basic salary between GBP19,000.00 and GBP23,000.00 along with fantastic working hours of Mon-Fri 9 - 5.30, Holiday discounts, Life Assurance, Pension, Private Health Care among many more. This truly dynamic and global travel company are currently recruiting Senior Customer Relations Executive to work within the Customer Relations department at their offices in Bolton.

Within the role of Customer Relations Executive you will

- Deal with complex customer queries and complaints, both verbal and written, resolving each to a satisfactory outcome for both parties

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers

- Deal with any legal claims and any associated paperwork and be willing to see through any cases that will ultimately be settled in court and require your attendance

To be successful in the role of Senior Customer Relations Executive you will

- Have a minimum of 5 years Customer Relations Experience

- Have proven experience of independent letter writing

- Be able to display excellent verbal and written communications

- Have court claim and arbitration experience

- Have previous experience and understanding of the responsibility of Tour Operators when dealing with Health and Safety complaints
