Job: Foot Sales Manager, Connections Employment Agency Limited

Our client is looking to recruit a suitable candidate to fulfil the following duties:

Prepare and organise a team of 30 Foot Canvassers on a daily basis, they work on a shift pattern, so will cover mornings, afternoons and early evenings.

Implement KPI's set by the Board.

Lead by example with excellent sales and marketing techniques.

Take meetings with foot canvassers to establish progress with sales.

Recruit and train new Foot Canvassers up to standard.

Act as liaison between board and sales team.

Key competencies:

Highly motivated, target driven and sales focussed individual.

Must have proven experience of leading a large sales team and have a proven track record of doing so.
