Your Profile

Having worked in a similar before you will have experience in desktop

applications such as VNC, GotoMyPc etc... You will have also have knowledge of

major web browsers, Windows XP, Internet Explorer and MS Office. With the

ability to learn new skills quickly and deliver results whilst working under

pressure, you will be solution focused with great communication skills!

The Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will support both internal and remote users

during core business hours. Providing 1st line support to Head Office, Branch

Office and Remote Staff you will be responsible for the maintenance of

printers and hardware, as well as auditing stock levels.
