Job: Sales & Retention Executive - Part Time, Jobwise Plc

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Retention Executive to join our client based in Manchester on a part time basis.

The main purpose of this role is to make outbound calls to potential and lapsed customers to encourage them to take out or renew their policies. You will also be required to respond to inbound leads generated via marketing activity, ensuring that the relevant computerised system is updated with calling activity.

The successful candidate will have proven experience making outbound calls to customers, have excellent communication skills (including rapport building, objection handling), enjoy working in a targeted sales environment and be PC Literate. You must be driven, self motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 3pm – 8pm.
