Job: Claims Handler, Jobwise Plc

We are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join our client based in the Eastlands area of Manchester.

Duties include taking first notifications of claims from clients involved in non fault RTA’s, dealing with a daily log of up to 50 claims, liaising with suppliers and third parties, ensuring constant contact with the clients to keep them informed about progress of their claim.

The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience preferably in an insurance claims environment. You will be enthusiastic, professional and have an excellent telephone manner.
