Job: P/T Customer Service Advisor - Bury, Jobwise Plc

Salary: £8,160 per annum

We are recruiting for a major building society with a well known name in the market place.

You will be working in a busy branch where you will be:

- Welcome, help and assist customers in order to build customer loyalty an maximise sales opportunities.

- Generate and follow through sales opportunities (personal callers and by telephone) so that personal and team targets are met.

- Assisting the Branch Manager in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- Keep up to date with the latest products and market developments so that accurate and useful information is given to the customers.

- Perform all cash and banking transactions quickly and accurately and in accordance with the Society's Security Policy to build customer loyalty and maximise sales.

You will have experience in a sales and customer service based role, possibly in a banking, estate agency or travel environment and be used to working to targets.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and the desire to work in a target orientated company, a team worker who sees themselves as an innovative problem solver / solution provider. You will be someone who is able to absorb new information quickly and accurately and enjoys working within an ever changing environment. You will be accurate, numerate and computer literate and have a flexible attitude to working outside normal hours should the need arise.
