We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our client based in Manchester City Centre.

You will be line managing team members through performance management and coaching, implementing development plans, ensuring delivery of QA standards, ensuring team and individual targets are met, work with individuals to maximise their potential, work to resolving issues, responsible for team resources and to maintain high standards within the teams working environment.

The successful candidate will have previously worked in a call centre environment and have experience within a managerial role. You will be motivated, driven, positive and enjoy working in a busy call centre.

Hours of work are 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday working every 3rd Sunday with Friday off that week
