Job: Customer Service Team Leader - Burnley, Jobwise Plc

A rare opportunity has arisen to work for our well established, reputable installation company based in Burnley. We are looking for a Customer Service team Leader to assist in motivating a team of 4. This company is expanding and has other sites in the North West. The branch may possibly be moving to an easy accessible location off the M65.

The position will involve customer service, dealing with queries and complaints, motivating the team and all general administration duties. This is a varied position, and the team is hard working, down to earth and passionate. You will be supporting the Commercial Manager ensuring that the department runs smoothly.

As the ideal candidate you will have experience as a Team Leader or supervisor in a sales office that processes orders. You will have strong inter-personal skills, being able to calm difficult situations and stay consistent. You will be customer service focused, be organised, reliable and looking for long term commitment with one employer. A diplomatic approach is key to being successful in this role.
