This boutique, specialist consultancy is looking to add to their recruitment team and build for the future with the addition of winning and high achieving recruitment consultants from any professional recruitment sector. You will have a track record in recruitment where you have consistently exceeded targets and must be highly self motivated, a team player who hates office politics, is honest and hard working and have the determination to become a fantastic high level recruitment consultant. You will be able to demonstrate proof of your achievements at interview. Ideally you will have a strong educational background and be highly credible and professional as you will be dealing with senior level candidates and clients. The right recruitment consultant will also be highly sales driven and want to climb the career ladder as this company can offer endless career opportunities both UK based and Internationally.

The Role

Providing a combination of contingent and search and selection recruitment solutions to your clients, you will be responsible for the whole process from start to finish placing candidates at salary levels to 200k on a permanent and contract basis. You will own your candidates and often be working proactively to market them. You will become an expert in your own vertical market within

Oil and Gas and be confident in discussing the market with clients and candidates alike. Opportunities to progress quickly and build a team are available to the right consultant.
