Job: Sales Office Manager Pro Rata, Jobwise Plc

Are you available immediately? Do you have experience in managing an Internal Sales office or a customer service team (not in a call centre)? Are you able to travel to Bury? If so we may have the ideal contract for you.

An opportunity has arisen to cover maternity leave in our manufacturing client based in Bury. They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to not only stand in for a 9 month contract, but to also bring new ideas and pro actively improve their service.

The company sells high value products and has many sites over the North of England.

As the ideal candidate you will have experience in managing an internal sales office, taking inbound calls, dealing with queries, improving the SLAs, holding team meetings and 121's.

You must be able to build rapport with the key accounts, motivate the team and carry out your duties in a professional manner. You will be available immediately and be able to commit to at least 9 months with our prestigious client.
