This public sector organisation is looking for an experienced HR administrator to work in their busy city centre office for a period of 2-3months. This will be a busy and varied role and the successful candidate will provide full administrative support to the HR team. Duties will include – dealing with the recruitment and selection process; such as preparing documents, preparing application packs, arranging interviews, sending out offer letters. They will also be responsible for inputting data for HR and payroll; filling and general office duties such as dealing with queries, photocopying and minute taking in meetings.

Candidates for this role must have previous experience of working in an HR environment, and will also be IT literate with good interpersonal skills. They must also be a team player and be confident working with sensitive HR issues and confidential information. Candidates must also have a full CRB check that has been completed in the last 6months.

This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday 9-5pm paying £8 per hour. Candidates must be available for an immediate start.
