I am seeking a proactive and highly organised individual with strong administration skills to join the Manchester branch of a successful insurance broking organisation. The Manchester operation is still in its infancy, comprising a director responsible for business development, a client manager and a technical referral consultant, and therefore a versatile and practical 'can do' attitude is essential. Your appointment will ensure smooth operational management of the office from an administrative perspective, and facilitate effective communication between both the team and the expanding client base, thus supporting the development of profitable growth. As you will be joining a small but highly experienced team you will gain exposure to broking both from a technical and relationship management perspective, and will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner. The successful applicant will ideally possess commercial insurance experience, although applications from career focused and capable individuals who can offer strong transferable skills will be considered. This is a serious opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional to further their career and develop their technical capability within a friendly and successful organisation.
