Job: Senior Spa Therapist, Halcyon

Superb Spa, set within a Health club and situated in an affluent part of Cheshire, is looking for a full time Senior Spa Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity, which for the right person may quickly lead to a management position due to the change in team structure. Starting salary will be paid according to experience, from around £15k plus excellent commission and benefits.

Reporting to the Spa Manager and Proprietor, you will assist the team with the efficient and effective running of the Spa and Beauty Department, which includes luxury treatment rooms, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area and offers a wide range of beauty treatments and products. Working within a dedicated and friendly team of 4 you will achieve consistently high professional standards of service and will ensure client expectations are exceeded at all times. This is a very hands-on role where you will offer a variety of treatments, working closely with the other team members. If you are keen to pursue the management opportunity, ideally you will have had some previous management or senior supervisory experience in order to motivate the team and deliver the best possible service whilst maximizing revenue in the Spa.

As this is a top quality establishment, you must be extremely well presented and articulate, confident in working with some high profile and demanding clients.
