Our client is a world leader in Insurance and financial services, due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a personal injury claims negotiator to be based in Manchester.

You will handle and resolve technical or complex motor personal injury cases from cradle to grave within your own authority limit. Gather and accurately analysing appropriate information in order to make the best business decision, whilst effectively managing customer expectations in order to achieve the overall customer service proposition. You will provide technical guidance, feedback and support to others so that the overall team/matrix effectiveness is enhanced.
