Job: PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS NEGOTIATOR, Hillman Saunders Ltd.

My client is a composite insurer with a global presence, their Manchester operation is expanding their claims operation and requires additional personal injury claims negotiators. Reporting into the claims manager you will be responsible for the handling of an allocation of RTA personal injury claims, handling from intimation through to settlement. You will provide exceptional levels of customer service to all parties and negotiate with third parties on both liability and quantum. In addition, you will identify fraud using key fraud indicators and undertake relevant desktop investigations.

It is essential that you have proven RTA injury claims handling experience and are competent in the negotiation of settlements. You will also need to be highly organised and hold good communication skills.
