Commercial Auto Service Manager - Claims

Role Profile:

Undertaking on-site audits and over sight activity

Monitoring performance and management information (MI)

Implementation of service strategy and claims handling philosophies

Staff management / training / recruitment

Assisting claims account relationship managers and claims business development managers

Assisting in the operational and strategic development of the company

Skills & Knowledge Required

Significant background in the successful management of Commercial motor claims (Fleet / Trade) Supervisory and management capabilities.The ability to analyse and interpret MI data, identifying key trends and information. Demonstrate an ability and the discipline to self-manage and have the confidence to exert influence within the structure.

The successful candidate will report into Manchester but will be expected to spend at least four days per week in Chesterfield
