Customer service agent required for leading water cooler client in Eccles. £6.75 an hour on a 13 week temp to perm contract. The role involves receiving inbound calls from customers, dealing with general queries and complaints.
It will involve liasing with other offices, suppliers and customers and setting up contracts for both existing and new customers. Applicants would need to have previous telephone based experience and have excellent computer skills.
