As a Team Leader (Supervisor) you will not only have responsibility for management of the team at the Subway store but also have a key input into the future success of the Subway brand in Formby. The Team Leader is the first step in developing you into a successful Subway manager for the future.

The Team Leader supervises the operations of a shift to ensure that great customer service is offered while maintaining high levels food safety. If you relish giving 100% Customer Service then this is the management role for you. Alongside working in a rewarding environment you will be expected to develop not only yourself but those around you to achieve the best.

Previous experience in a catering supervisory role is advantageous, but not required. At Subway we are very much hands on with the most minimum of paperwork, so being a customer service champion is what we want. The ability to not only work within a team but to lead from the front is a necessity of the Team Leader.

The Subway stores in the Liverpool Area are open 7 days a week, therefore flexibility to working hours is a great advantage.
