Job: VB.NET Analyst Programmer - Manchester, Adria Solutions

We are currently looking for a skilled Analyst Developer with strong VB.NET and SQL Server Skills. You will be working for a growing organisation that offer excellent career progression and training in new technologies.

Essential Criteria

# Self motivated and committed individual with a pro-active approach able to work on own and as part of a team with a professional attitude and approach.

# Good experience of IT development and in-particular analyst/developer role.

# Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.

# Must be able to work and absorb pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and positive approach both within the office environment and to the business.

# Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure prioritizing in order to achieve objectives.

# Analytical, forward thinker with the ability to work on own using their initiative.

# Windows Forms development.

# Ability to review, develop and implement systems.

# Ability to establish effective working relations with immediate staff and other staff in the business.

# Business/customer facing experience

# Have previous experience of financial systems and businesses

# Experience with structured source code management

# Distributed application development

# Multi user concurrency experience

# Full life-cycle exposure

# Web development exposure
