Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Lancashire/Greater Manchester

Salary: £25-£30K per annum

An established manufacturer of precision components for Blue Chip Clients within power generation and aerospace sectors are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for there site in Greater Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

*Offline CNC Programming of multi axis CNC Machines

*Tool and Fixture Design

*Solid Modelling

*CMM Programming

*Liaising with suppliers and customers

*Suggesting Continuous improvement/ Lean Manufacturing principals.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the following

*Lean Manufacturing Methodologies

*Offline CNC Programming utilising software such as DELCAM/EdgeCAM/AlphaCAM or a similar software package

*CMM Programming

*CAD software ideally Solid Edge

*Microsoft Office
