Customer Services, Davyhulme, Manchester M41, £12000 - £14000

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

You will be responsible for answering all calls promptly from internal customers and members of staff, seeing all calls to a conclusion in the shortest possible time and to provide information as required as quickly as possible.

The types of queries you will be dealing with include, resolving enquries relating to the data bases, customer refunds, resolving queries relating to faults on products and complaints.

This role requires applicants to be able to multi task and will involve both telephone based customer services and administration.

You will be joinning one of the UK leading organisation who provide complete hire solutions for their customers for over 50 years. With over 300 hire shops and massive supercentres ensures easy access to our comprehensive tool and specialist equipment ranges.

Must have customer telephone based experience in a office atmopshere.

Salary from £12-14,000

Monday to Friday 9-5.30
