Our client is looking to take on an experienced Mental Health Home Manager for a 20 bedded rehabilitation unit in Huyton, Liverpool.

The organisation is a progressive national charity, providing innovative Rehabilitation and Recovery services to adults with long-term mental health conditions. Through the delivery of high quality, person-centred care within clearly defined and proven Model of Service, over 80% of our service users move on successfully to more independent living.

They are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to share in their success and take the lead in implementing the highest standards of professional, specialist, support and care for their service users.

Essential Criteria

? Significant experience of working with people with long-term mental health conditions

? Operational management experience

Candidates MUST have a relevant care qualification eg RMA/NVQ 4, Registered Nurse, DipSW
