Interim HR Business Partner (3 months)

£200-£250 per day

Having recently undergone an intense period of reorganisation and change, my client have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a small team. You will offer accurate advice and guidance to line managers on all aspects of employee relations and will advise and guide on a wide range of urgent issues currently affecting the organisation in line with their published policies.

With an up to date knowledge of employment law, and a strong awareness of equality and diversity within a unionised environment, you will be fully CIPD qualified, well organised, with a positive attitude and first class communication skills with the capability to manage a heavy workload both independently and effectively.
