We are currently recruiting for a Locality Manager to cover the Crosby area of Liverpool for an organisation that supports people with learning difficulties, mental health needs and challenging behaviour in Supported Living settings.

The role of Locality Manager involves the overseeing of the company's various house in relation to staffing, house management and quality of service.

Main duties will include ensuring regular monthly supervisions with staff, monitoring of rotas, team training and acting as facilitator/leader to the teams of house managers and support staff.

Candidates MUST have relevant managerial experience and qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

This fantastic opportunity offers a salary of between £23,000 - £27,000 plus a company car, laptop and phone and other attractive benefits.
