We require a Registered Manager to run a 32 bedded Elderly Care Home. To manage the day to day running of all aspects of the home, including care standards and quality of care, recruitment and training issues.
This is a managerial role, supervising and monitoring the team within the home therefore leadership qualities, effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
At least 2 years managerial experience in a care setting is required and it has a salary of £28,000.
