We are looking for a Care Co-ordinator in the Merseyside area, to lead and coordinate a team of support workers providing 24 hour care to elderly people in their own homes.
Candidates must have achieved NVQ Level 3 in health and social care and have at least 12 months experience of supervising and coordinating staff in a care setting.
Salary £16,000 - £19,000 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications.
