Job: Senior Support Worker - St Helens, Reliance Care - Liverpool

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker to works in a Supported Living project for an adult with learning disabilities, mental health problems and challenging behaviour in the Rainford area of St Helens.

The service is a 1-to-1 service for a male with challenging behaviour.

Candidates must have experience of supporting adults with mental health problems or challenging behaviours and have a genuine passion for helping vulnerable people.

Applicants must have achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or have previous extensive experience at a Senior Level.

A car driver/owner is essential.

The salary range are:

£15,448 for candidates without an NVQ Level 3 but extensive Senior experience

£16,034 for candidates with an NVQ Level 3 and some supervisory experience

£17,208 for candidates with an NVQ Level 3 and at least a years experience at a Senior Level

There are also additional sleep-in bonuses
