Job: Deputy Manager, Reliance Care - Manchester

The purpose of this role is to lead by example in service user support and develop the service delivery. We are looking for someone with proven leadership and team building skills. You will possess strong communication skills and have knowledge and experience of managing finances and budgets. Training and working towards CSCI standards of care is an advantage but not essential. You will need to have at least 1 years recent experience working within a management position.
