Job: Qualified Social Workers, Just ONE Recruitment

We are currently seeking to recruit qualified Social Workers to work within the Care Management Team. You will be required to work within a busy Care Management Team, an need to to be an exceptionally Qualified Social Worker

The ideal candidate must have a wealth of managerial experience in child social work, including court work experience, as well as working with Looked After children, children whose names are on the Child Protection Register and children in need

You must have a proven record of managing change and performance management with a good undertanding of the use of supervision, team building and quality assurance to develop and improve practice in care planning in an already improving team
