Job: Support Worker, Just ONE Recruitment

To work with vunerable adults within supported living - must have at least 12 months experience of working within this field

To support adults with learning difficuliites to lead an active and fulfilled life in their own homes and in the community. To follow support plans/risk assessment. To promote independent living skills. Administer medication were applicable. Personal care needs where needed. To follow financial procedures. To follow further guidance as stipulated in the house.

Flexibility, Good communication/listening skills, caring attitude, ability to work individually as well as part of a team. Preferable NVQ qualification 2/3 but not essential
