Sales Manager - £40,000 - Stockport

Job - Managing a team of up to 150 staff including 8 Team Leaders who will be making outbound calls to new and existing customers. Dealing with setting team targets, reporting and managing the development of performance, dealing with department and customer escalations, recruiting new member of Service and Sales Advisors and producing report and attending meeting with Senior Management. You must have strong management experience within a Sales environment including a proven track record in working to tight targets and deadlines

Company - You would be joining one of the UK's leading Finance and Insurance Providers based in Manchester City Centre who offer realistic career progression opportunities.

Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 plus OTE

Benefits - 25 days holiday rising to 30 days after 12 months, banking and insurance benefits, pension, on site parking and child care vouchers

Hours - Shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 35 hour week.

Skills required - Strong management focus, pro-active, outbound telesales experience, stable background, must sound excellent over the phone and have the ability to proactively build and maintain excellent client relationships
