Call Centre Manager required to join one of the UK's leading Finance and Insurance Providers based in Stockport. £40-45,000 basic

As part of your role, you will be accountable for 120 staff including 8 Sales Team Leaders. Your duties will include:

Training and development

Setting the teams KPI's, budgets and incentives

Reporting and managing the development of performance

Dealing with department and customer escalation

Recruiting new member of Sales Advisors

Producing performance reports and attending meetings with Senior Management to implement the teams sales and service strategies

We are seeking applicants who have gained experience as a Sales Manager/ Inbound and Outbound Sales Management, Call Centre Managers, ideally from the Finance or Insurance Industry. Applicants will have gained excellent experience in setting training and development procedures within their sales approach, motivating and setting continue incentives for the Team Leaders and Adviser, establishing strong relationships with all team members and be used to working within a busy call centre environment.
