Job: Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS), Vertical Recruitment

Our client a Construction Consultancy has a current requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Lancashire. They are heavily involved with Public sector work and require a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with strong experience in this sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of a full range of QS services (estimating, cost planning, cost/risk analysis, whole life cost modelling) on a wide range of building types and contractual/procurement arrangements and supervising Junior Quantity Surveyors where necessary

Only candidates with at least a degree in Quantity Surveying and several years experience will be considered for the role.
