Our client, an established construction specialist, is looking to expand this already successful team. With UK wide coverage they handle interim, contractor and permanent vacancies within Civil Engineering, Trades & Labour and General Construction Management.

They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work within the busy Trades & Labour team. The aim of the role is to place candidates within Interim and Permanent roles and to secure and forecast client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk.

Whilst working to monthly and weekly targets you will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients at all times.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.

The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.

Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving license.
