SB2009 - Facilities Co-ordinator based Altrincham. Salary dependant on current remuneration but banding between £20,000 - £30,000 + bens.
Based in the Altrincham office of a highly regarded professional services consultancy, this role will require previous experience in a similar role and a stable career history to date - either working within the hospitality sector for a prestigious hotel or hotel group, or for a similar professional services firm.
You will co-ordinate all the in house facilities for the building (which is grade 2 listed) and all maintenance issues. You will have full responsibility for the management of the supplier agreements and be able to demonstrate your previous ability to build and maintain these relationships to ensure that work is carried out on schedule, to agreed budgets and that disruption to the business is minimal. You will be s results-oriented person with a meticulous eye for detail.
This is a new role so there is definitely scope to develop this role in time. You must be a graduate with excellent interpersonal skills and ideally you will also have some relevant qualifications relating to H&S etc.
