The Liverpool Recruitment Comapny are recruiting a Operations Manager for a North West based Company.

The Operations Manager will be responsible in the leadership of the manufacturing facility in meeting and exceeding customer requirements on quality, cost and delivery.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the development of continuous improvements using lean tools and techniques, with a focus on eliminating all forms of waste within the manufacturing process. You will formulate budgets and ensure that the manufacturing facility operates within budget and generates revenue.

The Operations Manager will ideally be educated to degree level in an engineering discipline or equivalent. You will have a working understanding of the Manufacturing industry, with aproven record of man management.
