Job: Commercial Manager upto £60k, Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd

CLIENT

My candidate are a leading player in Civils, Water and Rail sectors and are part of one of the largest privately owned groups in the world. They now have a requirement for a Commercial Manager to manage all commercial aspects of 2/3 projects £10m-£20m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

>Handling all the Commercial and Contractual aspects of a single contract (or group of contracts) up to the value of £30m

>Profitably run the commercial aspects of a business, monitoring and forecasting the financial results and advising the Regional Commercial Director accordingly.

>Manage and guide commercial staff

>Lead Client negotiation on commercial and contractual matters

>Compile, submit, substantiate and agree main account final accounts

>Responsible for working with the BMS, HSQE, CSR guidelines and promote on all projects

>Involvement in tender negotiations

CANDIDATE

>HND / HNC qualification as a minimum in relevant subject

>Ideally 15 year's commercial experience with at least 8 yrs at Snr QS level.

>Final account experience of main contract accounts

>Client liaison on commercial and contractual matters

>Production of all financial reports, including CV and forecasts

>Knowledge and experience of both ICE and NEC conditions of contract
