Previous experience of successful control and delivery of projects whilst leading, motivating and managing cross discipline teams, using defined project management arrangements and procedures within an engineering management system. Experience in developing relationships with internal/external supply chain resources, and co ordination of change configuration/ management during project delivery. Experience in definition, control and implementation (where appropriate) of procurement strategy, cost estimating, control arrangements, planning and progress monitoring, site works contract strategy, testing and commissioning strategy. Experience in monitoring overall engineering performance (quality, disciplines, configuration, and engineering/ project organisational structure) against project programme and budget, and feedback to stakeholders. Experience in technical issues and risks in line with the project risk register. You will be a Chartered or Incorporated engineer, possess a BEng or BSc in a relevant discipline, though ONC/HNC/HND is acceptable where supported by demonstrable extensive experience and be an Associate member of APM.
