The property management department is made up of 2 teams, one responsible for an impressive capital works programme, the other for a large maintenance schemes.

The office does not possess a drawing board, so it is essential that potential employees are 100% CAD literate and can be self supporting from an administration point of view.

Projects carried out range in value from a few pounds to £250k on the maintenance side and from £250 to c£8million on the capital side. Works larger than this are project managed in house and delivered via external consultants.

A Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will be involved with a broad range of projects ranging from student accommodation to high specification laboratories to more regular teaching areas and dining areas.
