Designer required for immediate start with Liverpool based Construction Company.

Designer required for immediate start with Liverpool based Construction Company.

Main Duties:

· The preparation of outline base plans for timber frame houses and apartments

· The preparation of architectural drawings for approval by the client.

· Ensuring that all drawings comply with the current building regulations

· Communicating with the client and implementing any changes necessary

· The preparation of wall and floor manufacturing drawings using HSB drawing package

Minimum two years work experience in one of the following is desirable but not essential:

Drawing office

Construction site

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification in Architecture/Construction/ Building

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

Self motivated and ability to work in a small team of people

Ability to identify and resolve problems

Ability to communicate in a professional manner with the client
