Our client is looking to recruit an experienced candidate to fulfil the following duties:

Provide administrative support to both the Head of Facilities and the Facilities Support Manager.

Ensuring the department runs smoothly and effectively on a day to day basis.

Administration of utility contracts, mobile and landline telephone arrangements and photocopiers.

Maintain up to date inventories of all property related contracts.

Order goods and services.

Key competencies.

Must have 5 GCSE's at Grade A - C including English and Mathematics.

Previous experience of working in property / facilities department desirable.

Experience of providing full and comprehensive administrative support to a team within a corporate environment.

Excellent communication, administration and customer service skills.

Use of Microsoft Office.

Good knowledge of health and safety issues
