To assist the Leisure Club Manager in providing leadership and management.

To assist the Leisure Club Manager in providing leadership and management within the Club team and to take full responsibility of all gym operations when on duty.

To effectively utilize, develop and manage all resources within areas of control, which is full gym, pool and club operations, as well as liaising with the studio co-ordinator in order to achieve the goals of the team and business.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team as they will manage a team of instructors by effectively coaching and improving their performance to enhance the clubs performance. Duties will also include member retention, sales targets and initiatives.

Other duties include gym maintenance of both building and equipment and full pool plant operations. The successful candidate should have experience of the above with the relevant qualifications.

The successful candidate will be fully aware of hotel standards and have a passion for driving these forward through team motivation and training. Applicants should have a good knowledge of Leisure club industry and must be prepared to work all shift patterns and ideally have experience and evidence of successful people management skills.

Pay is negotiable dependent on experience.
