Job: BUSINESS TRAVEL - SECTION MANAGER NEEDED, Progressive Personnel

One of travel's biggest Business Travel companies are looking for an experienced section manager/team manager to join their office Manchester.

Managing a team of business travel consultants within a prestigious, specialised area, the section manager/team manager will have full responsibility for their Business Travel team and be charged with ensuring the success of the department through coaching and development, ensuring each of their business travel consultants are excelling in their roles.

The main responsibilities of the section manager will be:

*Managing a team of Business Travel Consultants

*One to One coaching and appraisals

*Chairing team meetings

*Ensuring Service Level Agreements are being met

*Monitoring team and individual performance

*Productivity measurement within the Business Travel team

*Problem solving

*Supporting Team Manager

*Call Monitoring

*Flexibility

Key Skills Required:

*people management experience at lead agent level and above

*Business Travel experience with GDS knowledge a must

*level headed

*the confidence to performance manage if required

*excellent communication skills

The client is offering up to £25,000 for the right candidate.
