Job: LEAD AGENT NEEDED FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL, Progressive Personnel

A leading business travel company, having won new contracts, is now looking to recruit a LEAD AGENT (business travel) at their office.

Applications are welcomed from those with a business travel background.

Candidates must have 3 + years BT experience and have experience of training/motivating a team. Applications are particularly welcome from those who have managed a business travel team in the past.

Responsibilities include:

*Making reservations using Galileo GDS system

*Processing hotel and car hire reservations

*Motivating your team to perform at their very best, ensuring superb customer service is given at all

times

*Processing client queries and reservation issues

*Training new members of the team and coaching existing staff

Candidates should have the following skills:

*Super GDS knowledge

*A knowledge of fares is required, and ticketing experience highly desired

*Previous Senior BTC skills

*Superb interpersonal skills

*Great problem solving skills, and attention to detail

On offer is a salary up to £22k for the right candidate, along with a preferred Monday to Friday operation.
