Office Manager required to work in a high profile specialist small company dealing with huge clients - including the likes of Astra Zeneca, NPower, Natwest, RBS, Deloitte, DLA Piper and Chamber of Commerce. My client delivers specialist training and coaching in the delivery of getting results from pitched presentations.

A highly successful rapidly growing company requires a real need for an efficient, motivated, dedicated Executive PA / Office Manager to oversee all internal operations. You will be responsible for managing 2 Directors and indirectly 2 part time and 3 full time staff and have experience of purchasing possessing good communication skills. You will need to be dynamic, thriving on fast paced workload, be motivated, very confident and efficient with the ability to manage a heavy workload and responsibility. You must have an excellent telephone manor and strong communiaction skills. You will be IT literate and be able to type/word process at an efficient speed. Experience of Sage Line 50 would be advantageous but not essential.

For this exciting attractive position working with an enviable growing company you will be paid a starting salary of £20k pa plus benefits depending on performance and achievements. Specific training will be given where appropriate.
