This is an excellent opportunity for applicants looking for a busy, varied administrative role.

Working in a small office team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, maintaining all relevant paperwork, filing and inputting data on internal computer systems, dealing with invoicing and other general admin duties. Your responsibilities will also include taking and responding to leads, preparing quotations and mail-shots, organizing exhibitions and travel, following up quotes and chasing customers.

You will be part of a team working for a Surbiton based Software Company. Together with good organisation and communication skills and excellent written English, you will form a vital part of this team. At least 3 years experience of working in a busy office environment is essential.
