This is a superb role for an experienced Facilities PA. You will be controlling a variety of office services and general administrative duties, manage the reception and act as PA to the head of department.

Experience of the following

Provide comprehensive PA support to the Head of Finance & Administration

Maintain detailed insurance records and act as first point of contact with local brokers

Participate in various company secretarial functions including record keeping and data submissions

Operate and control the purchase order system for non-inventory items

Be responsible for controlling premises services and other general admin matters

Act as fleet manager for all company vehicles ensuring close liaison with vehicle provider

Manage the allocation and monitor the costs of mobile telephone and fueld cards across the company

Manage the reception and post room including two part time receptionists

Undertake an variety of other ad hoc exercisies under the direction of the departmental manager

A high level of education, proficient in both MS Word and Excel. Efficient organizer and administrator who is able to work on own initiative. Flexible in that they can cope with a wide range of duties and prioritise accordingly. Must be able to manage external suppliers/service providers.
