One of the leading firms in Liverpool is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• The meeting and greeting of clients, offering refreshments to those who are coming into the office to use the meeting rooms.

• Organising the meeting rooms for use by the firm’s solicitors and partners as well as external clients.

• Assisting with the administrative duties of the HR manager.

• Communicating with all persons who come into the firm offering approachable and professional assistance.

• Answering the busy switchboard and directing callers to the relevant party.

The successful candidate should have a genuine interest in the Legal Profession and it is preferable that you have had some experience within a Legal Practice, however applicants with a solid background in reception duties will be considered.
