Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for the clients based at their offices in Liverpool.

Key responsibilities:

* Answering a busy switchboard

* Boardroom preparation

* Handling queries from clients

* Order processing

* Office admin - Filing, faxing, typing, photocopying, binding etc

Key attributes:

* Excellent communication

* Professional telephone manner

* PC literate

* Excellent team player

* Confidence to interact with people at all levels

* The ability to multi-task

* Be proactive in the workplace
