PA / Marketing for a prestigious IT company, working very closely with the Marketing Director. This position is a great opportunity for anyone who has PA /Marketing experience who would be willing to learn more. The role includes,

General organising, scheduling all marketing activities, event organisation and liase with clients.

Organisation of free information seminars primarily on support-reducing topics to existing clients, and also selected prospective clients as tasters.

Transcription of email copy, marketing copy, and dissemination to 3rd parties with accompanying brief, instructions, deadlines.

Follow ups to get second and third appointments, network event follow ups, assisting other colleagues administratively.

Activity logging, stats, GME paper-work production and hand-delivery, liaison with non-client facing 3rd parties for quotes.

Stocking, re-ordering, and keeping sales kits all up to date, N.B. GME blank ICAs/BQs, case study stock, newsletter stock, brochures and other literature related tasks.

Responsible for administering all Affiliate/Ambassador subjects- follow-up, communication (newsletters), and marketing programme to recruit. Excellent package and strong career progression opportunities and a second to none training program for the right candidate.
